The Dior Café is the best thing to happen to Miami Design District

Dior recently opened a pop-up café on the third-floor terrace of their women’s boutique in the heart of the Miami Design District. The Dior Café follows the tradition originally implemented by Christian Dior to intertwine entertainment, art and design.

The café features the Toile de Jouy theme which debuted in the Dior 2019 Cruise Collection by Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri. Animal sculptures of giraffes, tigers and monkeys roam the café decorated in the 18th-century French print taken from Dior’s first boutique in Paris. Classic Dior prints also adorn the pillows and flooring.

Guests at the Dior Café may enjoy the brief list of menu items that consist of coffee, tea, pastries and an assortment of fruits. Definitely try the acai bowl, which features an adorable Dior chocolate, or the fresh squeezed limeade. Although the food is enjoyable, it is apparent that most people stopping into the café are more interested in taking photos (peep me being basic down below).

As a whole, the Dior Café pop-up has certainly been a success and brings a new perspective on luxury shopping in the Miami Design District.
